Spa Etiquette

What you may expect from me is complete professionalism and respect for your dignity and
boundaries at all times.
The treatment time you have scheduled with me is 100% dedicated to you.
Whatever you disclose to me on either
Health History Forms, or verbally, is completely confidential.
I will begin our sessions on time, and I will inform you well in advance
if there is ever a need for me to reschedule.

***
What I expect from you is that the boundaries of professional massage therapy
are respected at all times.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment so that there is sufficient time to fill out
your Health History forms and to discuss your treatment goals, questions, and concerns.

Give feedback throughout your treatment as to pressure levels, or any needed adjustments
to keep you comfortable.

If you are running late, or need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call
with as much advanced notice as possible.

Please do not wear perfume or strong cologne to your appointment, and be sure to remove all beach
sand, tar from your feet, (if you're from Santa Barbara you know what I'm talking about!!),
and/or any products or jewelry that may interfere with your treatment.

Please be respectful of the office, speak softly in common areas,
as there are other treatment rooms in use throughout the day.

Please remember to silence your cellphone prior to entering the office.
